Note that refunds, returns and exchanges are not possible
for change-of-mind or for claims of defect for traits that typify
recycled timber or NFG hardwoods and are common in our
range.
Dressed recycled timber displays characteristics that are
representative of the general recycled timber inventory.
Deemed defects in the past, they are in the present age
approved by consumers - and some are held in high regard
as legacy markings.
Read our guidelines on this here. While we will give all
claims by purchasers a fair hearing, we urge customers to
personally inspect or select timber and to choose wisely.

Building in Bushfire-Prone Areas
The new planning guidelines for building in bushfire-prone
areas do not preclude the use of timber - even at the
higher BALs or Bushfire Attack Levels. Instead the new
rules address choice of species and the design of
buildings. Go to the Wood Solutions website and register
